This is a live online cohort course. You will attend scheduled live classes with an instructor, complete practical assignments, and receive a certificate of completion after meeting the course requirements.

Classes are live and are not recorded unless expressly stated otherwise. Please make sure you can attend the scheduled sessions before enrolling.

Whether you’re launching a marketing campaign, opening a new branch, or running an internal team initiative – every professional manages projects. Yet most were never taught how to do it well. This 3-week live cohort teaches you the complete project management process: from defining scope and creating timelines to managing people, handling change, and delivering results. You’ll use real project management tools and build a project plan you can use immediately.

This is a live cohort course

  • Format: Live Google Meet classes with an instructor
  • Duration: 3 weeks live classes (24 November – 12 December 2026) plus Final Project due Monday, 4 January 2027 (extended due to festive closure)
  • Live Classes: 9 (3 per week – Tue, Fri, Sat)
  • Sessions: Day 10:00–12:00 or Evening 18:00–20:00 SAST
  • Level: Intermediate
  • Assignments: 8 practical project management assignments plus final project management plan
  • Certificate: Non-accredited certificate of completion
  • Recordings: No recordings unless stated
  • Please note: EduMzansi is closed for the festive season from Wednesday, 16 December 2026 to Sunday, 3 January 2027. The Final Project due date has been extended to Monday, 4 January 2027.

Week 1: Foundations, Planning & Methodologies
Understand project management fundamentals, plan your project properly, and choose between Agile and Waterfall approaches.

Week 2: Resources, Risk & Communication
Manage people and budgets, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Week 3: Monitoring, Delivery & Closure
Track progress, handle change management, deliver quality, and close projects with formal handover and lessons learned.

Final Project & Certificate
Submit your complete project management plan and qualify for your certificate.
