This is a live online cohort course. You will attend scheduled live classes with an instructor, complete practical assignments, and receive a certificate of completion after meeting the course requirements.

This 3-week live cohort teaches you the complete IT support skillset: hardware basics, operating systems (Windows and macOS), networking fundamentals, helpdesk customer service, and a structured troubleshooting methodology. You’ll finish ready to apply for entry-level IT support roles in South Africa.
This is a live cohort course
- Format: Live Google Meet classes with an instructor
- Duration: 3 weeks (13 October – 31 October 2026)
- Live Classes: 9 (3 per week – Tue, Fri, Sat)
- Sessions: Day 10:00–12:00 or Evening 18:00–20:00 SAST
- Assignments: Weekly practical troubleshooting tasks plus final IT support portfolio
- Certificate: Non-accredited certificate of completion
- Recordings: No recordings unless stated
