You’ll learn how to read and interpret Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements, manage working capital, analyse financial health, make data-driven decisions, and build financial projections for growth. Designed specifically for South African business owners using real local examples.

This is a live cohort course

  • Format: Live Google Meet classes with an instructor
  • Duration: 3 weeks live classes (12 Jan – 30 Jan 2027) plus 1 week for the Final Project (due 6 February 2027)
  • Live Classes: 9 (3 per week – Tue, Fri, Sat)
  • Sessions: Early Morning 07:00–09:00 or Late Evening 20:30–22:30 SAST
  • Level: Advanced – suitable for business owners and finance-adjacent professionals
  • Assignments: 8 practical financial analysis assignments plus final complete financial management report
  • Certificate: Non-accredited certificate of completion
  • Recordings: No recordings unless stated

Week 1: Financial Statements, Income & Working Capital
Master the three core financial statements and analyse income and working capital like a professional.

Week 2: Cash Flow, Ratios & Break-Even Analysis
Master cash flow management, use financial ratios to score business health, and make pricing decisions with break-even analysis.

Week 3: Forecasting, Budgeting & Strategic Financial Review
Build 12-month financial projections, master budgeting, and use financial data to drive business strategy.

Final Project & Certificate
Submit your complete financial management report and qualify for your certificate.
